Timothy G. Kenneally was born in Boston, Massachusetts in 1967 to Elaine and Gerard Kenneally. Attorney Kenneally has three sisters, Margaret, Erin and Eileen and a brother, Terence. Attorney Kenneally is married to Kimberly H. Kenneally and they have one daughter, Shannon.
In 1986, Attorney Kenneally graduated from Boston College High School in Dorchester, Massachusetts. In 1990, Attorney Kenneally graduated from the College of the Holy Cross with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English. In 1993, Attorney Kenneally graduated from Suffolk University Law School receiving his Juris Doctor, cum laude.
In December 1993, Attorney Kenneally was admitted to the Bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In June 1995, Attorney Kenneally was admitted to the Bar of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. In April 2002, Attorney Kenneally was admitted to the Bar of the United States Supreme Court.
Attorney Kenneally became an associate at Healy and Healy, P.C. in 1994. He was made a principle at the firm in 2001. Attorney Kenneally has served as a panelist in civil litigation seminars sponsored by MCLE and Lorman Education Services.
Attorney Kenneally has more than eleven years of experience litigating motor vehicle tort, premises liability, construction accident, products liability, and contract cases. Mr. Kenneally has a reported appellate decision, Cote v. Levine, 52 Mass.App.Ct. 435 (2001), which addressed the procedure a condominium owner must follow to bring a claim against the board of trustees for the condominium.
